REFUND POLICY

At DIGIBENTA, we value our customers and ensure quality in all our products and services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
DIGIBENTA offers physical products and services, including customized and printed items. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE:
Customized or personalized products
Printed items once approved and produced
Orders refused under Cash on Delivery (COD) without valid reason
Orders with customer-provided errors (wrong details, spelling, design approval)
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are allowed ONLY if:
Wrong item was delivered
Item arrived damaged or defective
📌 Issues must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the item.
4. Proof Requirement
To process a refund or replacement, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video (from unopened package to item)
Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
Requests without complete proof may be denied.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via cash refund, replacement item, or store credit, depending on the situation.
For COD orders, refund method will be coordinated directly with the customer.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by DIGIBENTA.
If a replacement is approved due to our error, reshipping costs will be covered by DIGIBENTA.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipping.
Once the order is in production or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed.
8. Refused or Unclaimed COD Orders
Refused or unclaimed COD orders will not be refunded.
Customers with repeated refused COD orders may be restricted from future purchases.
9. Processing Time
Refund or replacement requests are reviewed within 3–7 business days after submission of complete proof.
