By placing an order on the DIGIBENTA website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before checking out.

1. General

DIGIBENTA provides physical products and services such as printed items, customized products, and related services. All orders placed through our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful checkout and order acknowledgment by DIGIBENTA.

  • For customized or personalized items, production will start once order details are complete and approved by the customer.

3. Payment Methods

DIGIBENTA currently accepts the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash Payment (for approved transactions or physical store transactions)

⚠️ Important: Failure to receive or pay for a COD order without valid reason may result in order restrictions or blacklisting.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by third-party couriers (e.g., Flash Express or other logistics partners).

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or location.

  • DIGIBENTA is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

6. Customized & Printed Products

  • All customized, personalized, and printed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once approved and produced.

  • Customers are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and design details before final approval.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours after receipt)

📌 Proof such as unboxing video and photos is required.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping.

  • Once the item is in production or shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

  • DIGIBENTA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details.

10. Refused or Unclaimed COD Orders

  • Refused or unclaimed COD orders may result in future order limitations.

  • DIGIBENTA reserves the right to decline future transactions from customers with repeated failed deliveries.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, layouts, and content provided by DIGIBENTA are the property of DIGIBENTA unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

DIGIBENTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

13. Changes to Terms

DIGIBENTA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
